Unsolicited ideas submission policy

“Casualino” JSC and its representatives do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, work, materials, proposals or any other content, including content for advertising campaigns, promotions, products, services, technologies, product improvements, processes, marketing strategies, product names or creative materials in any form. Please do not send or provide any information of the above type in any form to “Casualino” JSC or to any of the representatives of the company, nor to any of the persons employed by the company, regardless of the type of legal relationship they have with “Casualino” JSC.

If, despite our request not to send us information of the type specified above, you do so, then you agree that the content you send, together with the related intellectual property rights, will automatically become property of “Casualino” JSC, without giving you the right to any compensation, and that “Casualino” JSC may use the materials, ideas, projects and the content sent by you for any purposes and in a manner chosen by the company, without limitation on the form in which they are used and without limitation on the territorial scope of their use, regardless of the applicable local legislation. “Casualino” JSC is not obliged to review the information sent and the documents accompanying it, if any, nor is it obliged to provide any consideration or response. “Casualino” JSC is also not obliged to treat the information as confidential and to be responsible for its storage.
